The second day of the 2009 Brierlies Whitewater Classic river festival featured an inflatable surf-off competition on the North Saskatchewan River near Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. A couple friends found an inflatable toy castle somewhere so we hauled it across the river, stuffed four kayakers inside and tried valiantly (but unsuccessfully) to surf it on the wave. This video shows our third and least failworthy attempt.
