Great two days mavericking, 8 mile canoe journey (one way) during the summer in Sevylor Colorado heavy duty inflatable canoe to River Thames island. Along the journey portaged around 3 locks westbound from Mapledurham. Along the way show picturesque scenery and things of interest - riverbanks, hills, locks and waterways etc. On island wild camp pitched tarp, four corners attached to trees creating horizontal level, equal height all the way around making a good work/seating space. Could be easily adjusted for inclement weather. Tastey convenient travel food along the way.

An excellent concept - I wondered why this had not been thought of sooner. You can sail, paddle, foot paddle or install a small electric outboard. Pity they had not considered a meatier petrol outboard. It also has fishing rod holders and is a great all rounder - perhaps a little on the pricey side considering that one can purchase an Honwave 3.8 inflatable + Honda 20HP outboard for less money brand new. I am also a little unsure of the sail efficiency without some form of boom but I still like it. Great for an after work paddle/ sail down the Hamble on a glorious Summer evening.
